What Happens During The Sessions?
These sessions can be used for healing, awakening or learning higher spiritual abilities & take place in a quiet, comfortable, safe and sacred space, guided by your intention.
After a Using a deep relaxation method based on Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy Technique (QHHT), I will guide you into a slower brainwave state of consciousness where you can access your deeper Self.
You will then be guided to gently heal, connect and transform and/or release any traumas held as energetic blockages in the body
Relationships/events forming patterns in the current or past life may also arise to be acknowledged and healed.

As this is a very intense therapy. If this is your first Healing Journey Session, a 90-minute session is suggested.

Standard sessions for those who want a concentrated therapy appointment and feel that their concerns can be addressed within this time frame. 90 mins my most popular session length.
