You may find yourself feeling more anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply not quite like the person you used to be. Sleep can change, emotions may feel stronger, confidence can dip, and things that once felt manageable may suddenly feel much heavier.

For many women, this stage of life can feel confusing and unexpectedly emotional. You may begin questioning parts of your identity, relationships, direction, or how much you’ve been carrying for others for so long.

But with the right support, this can also become a powerful period of reconnection, clarity, and growth.

HOW I CAN SUPPORT YOU

Using a personalised, trauma-informed and holistic approach, I support women through the emotional and psychological side of menopause and midlife.

This may include support with:

• emotional overwhelm and nervous system dysregulation
• anxiety, stress, and mood changes
• sleep disruption and exhaustion
• confidence, boundaries, and self-worth
• identity shifts and life transitions
• feeling disconnected, stuck, or emotionally “not yourself”
• relationship and family pressures during this phase of life

Using a blend of counselling, hypnotherapy, subconscious work, nervous system support, and holistic wellbeing approaches, we gently work at the root, so change feels natural, supportive, and lasting.

Holistic & Practical Support

Alongside emotional and therapeutic support, I can also gently guide you through some of the practical lifestyle approaches that may support you during menopause and midlife.

This may include discussions around wellbeing, self-care, lifestyle habits, nervous system support, emotional balance, and exploring supportive options available in Malta and online, including where to seek further medical or hormone-related support if appropriate for you.

The aim is not to overwhelm you with information, but to help you feel more informed, supported, and empowered as you move through this transition.

Sessions are tailored to you and your individual experience.

We begin by exploring what has been happening emotionally, mentally, and physically for you, and what support would feel most helpful right now.

This is a calm, supportive space where you do not need to have everything figured out before you begin.

Together, we work to help you feel more grounded, emotionally balanced, clearer in your thinking, and more connected to yourself again.
