Not at all. Many women begin working with me while trying to conceive or preparing emotionally before pregnancy.
Can you help if I'm frightened of giving birth?
Yes. Birth fear and tokophobia are much more common than many people realise. Together we'll gently explore your fears and help you feel calmer and more confident.
Is this suitable if I've experienced pregnancy loss or birth trauma?
Absolutely. Sessions are always trauma-informed, compassionate and tailored to your individual experiences.
Can my birth partner attend?
Yes. Birth partners are welcome during appropriate sessions and can learn practical ways to support you before and during birth.
Are sessions available online?
Yes. I work with clients throughout Malta and internationally via Zoom.
