Anxiety & Depression Support
Compassionate, Personalised Support to Help You Feel More Like Yourself Again
Living with anxiety or depression can be incredibly isolating.
You may find yourself constantly worrying, feeling emotionally exhausted, struggling to switch off your thoughts, or simply feeling unlike yourself. Even everyday tasks can begin to feel overwhelming, leaving you wondering if you'll ever feel calm, confident or hopeful again.
The good news is that you don't have to face it alone.
Through a personalised combination of clinical hypnotherapy, counselling, coaching and nervous system regulation, I provide a safe, supportive space where we can gently explore what's contributing to how you're feeling and help you move towards greater emotional wellbeing.
Whether you've been struggling for years or have recently found yourself feeling overwhelmed, our work together is always tailored to your unique circumstances.
Anxiety and Depression Can Affect Everyone Differently
No two people experience anxiety or depression in exactly the same way.
You may be experiencing:
Constant worry or overthinking
Panic attacks
Feeling emotionally overwhelmed
Persistent sadness or low mood
Loss of motivation or enjoyment
Difficulty sleeping
Racing thoughts
Feeling constantly on edge
Low confidence or self-worth
Irritability
Physical tension or fatigue
Feeling disconnected from yourself or others
Together, we'll explore not just the symptoms you're experiencing, but the underlying emotional patterns that may be contributing to them.

How Hypnotherapy May Help
When we're living with ongoing stress or anxiety, our nervous system can become stuck in a heightened state of alert, making it difficult to relax or think clearly.
Clinical hypnotherapy encourages a deeply relaxed state, allowing your mind and body an opportunity to step out of this constant state of tension.
Combined with therapeutic techniques, hypnotherapy may help you:
Develop healthier responses to stress
Reduce anxious thought patterns
Build emotional resilience
Improve confidence
Encourage relaxation
Improve sleep
Strengthen positive coping strategies
Feel calmer and more in control
A Safe and Supportive Space
There is no judgement here.
Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted or simply not yourself, you'll be met with compassion, understanding and respect.
Our work together isn't about pretending everything is positive.
It's about helping you understand what you're experiencing, supporting your nervous system, and gradually creating meaningful, lasting change.

What to Expect
Your first session gives us time to explore your current challenges, your personal history and your goals for therapy.
Together we'll create a personalised plan that feels right for you.
Some clients come for a small number of focused sessions, while others prefer longer-term support.
Everything is tailored to your individual needs.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No. Clinical hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed state of focused attention. You remain aware throughout the session and cannot be made to do anything against your wishes.
Can hypnotherapy cure anxiety or depression?
Hypnotherapy is not a cure, and outcomes vary from person to person. However, many people find it helpful in managing anxiety, reducing stress, improving emotional wellbeing and developing healthier coping strategies. It can also complement support from your GP or other mental health professionals.
Is this suitable if I'm taking medication?
Yes. Many clients attend while taking prescribed medication. Any decisions about medication should always be discussed with your GP or prescribing clinician.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is different. Some people benefit from a few focused sessions, while others choose ongoing support. We'll discuss what's most appropriate for your circumstances during your initial consultation.
