The Midlife Reset is a private, high-touch support experience designed to support women through the emotional and psychological side of menopause and midlife.

This is not surface-level coaching or generic advice.

It is a personalised, trauma-informed process where we gently work at the root, helping you regulate your nervous system, understand what’s shifting within you, and create space for lasting emotional change and deeper self-connection.

Using a blend of counselling, hypnotherapy, subconscious work, nervous system support, and holistic wellbeing approaches, I support you with:

• anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and mood fluctuations
• sleep disruption and nervous system dysregulation
