Are you tired of hurting, feeling pain, and battling with health issues?

migraine relief.png

Migraine, IBS, Teeth Grinding ????

If so, you may be an excellent candidate for hypnosis.

The interesting thing is that the body is very powerful.

For example, when we sleep, the body will begin to rejuvenate and heal itself during the deep stages. This is why when a person has insomnia, not being able to reach the deep stage of sleep; his or her body is tired the next day, which then manifests as headaches, joint pain, depression, irritability, and so on.

The benefit of hypnosis is multi-layered in that it can help you sleep better, thus allowing the body to work through health problems.

One of the keys in striving for better health is listening to your body while it is going through this healing process. With hypnosis, you will learn how to listen to suggestions while your body is in a deep relaxed state, providing an optimum environment for the immune system to work more efficiently.

Through positive suggestion and healing imagery, you have the advantage of taking a break from the stress caused by illness. The result is that you feel better, are not as tired, and certain illnesses improve.

Look at migraines, which for most people, can be debilitating. Sadly, millions of people suffer from migraine headaches at one level or another. Rather than pump the body full of chemicals in hopes of getting relief, you can use hypnosis.

With this, you would close your eyes and listen to suggestions immediately at the onset of a migraine. During this type of hypnotic session, you reach a powerful level of relaxation, which in turn lowers the blood pressure.

Since migraines are caused by blood vessels being constricted, when blood pressure is lowered, it is not trying to rush through small vessels. Best of all, hypnosis is an all-natural approach, easy to use and highly effective.

Just as with migraines, hypnosis is very beneficial for tension headaches. Although hypnosis can help in many ways, there are three specific reasons it works for this particular type of headache. First, hypnosis takes you into a deep state of relaxation, which again, helps to lower blood pressure and reduce pain. Second, stress hormones also begin to drop with hypnosis. Third, you will discover that levels of concentration and memory are greatly improved. Just imagine no more tension headaches simply with the use of hypnosis!

Hypnosis can also be helpful for a condition known as Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). In the past 10 years, tremendous research has been done on IBS, a condition in which people suffer from constipation and/or diarrhea, along with abdominal problems. Obviously, IBS can be disruptive to live, making work or school difficult. Now imagine that you work with a qualified and licensed hypnotherapist who can routinely provide you with positive suggestions to get relief from IBS. In truth, people who have gone this route for IBS have experienced up to 80% improvement.

Another area where hypnosis has proven to be highly successful is with teeth grinding. The medical term for teeth grinding is Bruxism, something that both children and adults do. In most cases, Bruxism does no harm but when done on a regular basis, it can cause severe damage to the teeth, as well as other problems such as painful jaws and headaches. Bruxism is often the result of anxiety or stress but can also be the result of missing teeth, crooked, teeth, or abnormal bite. The problem is that most people will grind their teeth while asleep. Therefore, hypnosis can break the habit of tensing up the jaw muscle, stopping the pattern that leads to Bruxism. Since hypnosis works with the subconscious mind, it can be used to reeducate the brain, teaching it to relax muscles. With this, you would have less grinding of the teeth and eliminate the other problems.

As you can see, hypnosis can make a huge difference when it comes to health. These examples are just a few but we wanted to show you the variety of areas in which hypnosis can help. The key is to work with a qualified hypnotherapist who understands the disciplines and principles associated with hypnosis. However, self-hypnosis can also be beneficial but it takes time to learn how to perform it properly. Even so, with the positive suggestions of hypnosis, you can overcome many health issues, leaving you with a long, fulfilled life.

Nine Habits That Are Bad for Your Body

Nine Habits That Are Bad for Your Body

_Happiness is a Habit Day 2.png

Hi Kimberley here,

Hope you’re having a great week so far,

Day 2 of taking a light hearted look at habits and why some are good and why some are bad for you .. that way you can choose which ones to keep and also which ones it might not be a bad idea to change :)

Enjoy, and here’s to a transformative 2021

Kimberley xx

Some habits can develop without you even realizing it. Plus, you may not know that they are very bad for your body. If you want to avoid habits that harm your body, read about these nine body-damaging habits that you can overcome.

1. Over-Exercising – Some exercise is good for you, but too much is damaging. This is something that most professional athletes totally understand because often their bodies are harmed too. You may only see the event that shows them at their best. The best thing is to exercise moderately and stop if you hurt.

2. Staying Up Late – It’s not going to harm you if you stay up late sometimes, but doing it regularly and still getting up on time can truly harm your body. You can end up having more cardiovascular disease and digestive issues if you stay up too late all the time.

3. Sitting Too Much – One of the worst things you can do for your life is to sit all the time. That cannot be helped if your job requires sitting. However, it's important to understand that sitting will harm your circulation, cardiovascular health, and contributes to obesity. The good news is you only need to exercise about 20 to 30 minutes a day for every four hours you sit to mitigate the damage.

4. Skipping Meals – It’s so tempting to skip meals when you’re busy, but this can be worse for you than you think. You may develop issues with your blood sugar, you might not get enough vitamins and minerals, and you may not be your best at work or at play without enough nutrition.

5. Emotional Eating – If you find that you eat due to being sad, happy, or feeling any other emotion, it’s good to stop this habit because it can lead to obesity - or even worse, eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia.

6. Not Hydrating – If you don’t drink at a minimum of eight glasses of fresh filtered water each day, you are probably walking around dehydrated. When you pee, your pee should be almost clear or a very pale clear shade of yellow. It should not smell bad either. If you do have dark pee and it smells, drink more water. Water helps you process vitamins, minerals, and rid your body of toxins via your kidneys.

7. Poor Posture – If you don’t know how to sit, stand, or walk properly and you habitually do it incorrectly, eventually it will cause problems. Many people have severe hip problems simply from poor posture that limits mobility when they get older.

8. Binge Drinking – Drinking a drink or two a day is not bad for you. However, if you tend to overdo it when you drink, you may want to consider not drinking. If you binge drink, you may make poor decisions while you’re drunk, or you may simply end up sick with alcohol poisoning.

9. Smoking – Outside of sitting for more than four hours a day, smoking is the next thing on your list that is super-bad for your body. Smoking boosts your blood pressure, puts chemicals into your system and can cause cancer, stroke, and heart attack.

Ridding your life of habits that harm your body is a good choice. Don’t try to tackle every one of the bad habits at once, though. Instead, attack one bad habit at a time. Work on replacing that bad habit with a healthy habit over 30 to 90 days to ensure you’ve beat it before moving on to the next.

Look out for tomorrow’s “Day 3… Seemingly Harmless Habits That Are Actually Bad for You”

If you would like any help quitting any of the above habits please don’t hesitate to contact me by phone or whatsapp on 00356 99355901 or you can email info@hypnotic-downloads.com

Have a great, safe day

Why Hypnosis Is Better For Stress Than Meditating

hypnosis for stress.jpeg

Stress Is The Life Killer

Stress Is The Life Killer

Stress is the greatest problem for people in the modern world, and it's much worse than just health problems such as heart attacks that are brought on by too much stress for way too long.

Stress impacts EVERYTHING.

Stress kills our libido, our enjoyment of life; stress causes disturbed emotions of anger, rage, sadness and depression; stress makes us clumsy; stress causes us to make mistakes and worst of all, stress makes us think stupid thoughts (we become "stress stupid") and it cuts off the internal flow to our creative and innate talents and abilities.

It is clear that we ALL need to de-stress, whether we are teenagers who suffer from acne and migraines as a result of stress, men and women in "anger management",

authors who suffer from writer's block, business people who burst a blood vessel, or parents at home who aren't enjoying their kids but end up screaming at them instead.

So how do we de-stress, and urgently, and FAST?

***** Why Stress & Meditation Are At Odds

Many hold that meditating and meditation is the answer to stress.

Meditating and meditation is the act of entering into altered states of consciousness, to widen our conscious awareness and to re-connect with the super consciousness of our energy mind (subconscious mind, subconsciousness).

This does not happen when we are stressed - a person under stress is like a TV that isn't tuning properly. Everything is disturbed, mad, doesn't fit together, there is no clarity.

Trying to meditate when you are stressed is like trying to be romantic with a pick axe embedded in your forehead - try as you might, it's not going to work very well if ever at all.

So we have the classic Catch 22 and another big stressor to add to all of that stress - a stressed person is TOLD to relax and go away and meditate, but they can't meditate because they're way too stressed!

Why Hypnosis Is The Best For Stress

Long before a person who is under a lot of stress can even BEGIN to enjoy harp music to relax them even further, they need to be made to slow down into other states of being, and for that you need HELP.

"A good talking to" by a sympathetic other is the most NATURAL way of getting rid of stress invented by human kind, and it even exceeds physical touch approaches in high stress situations; it precedes them too. We "talk" a potential suicide victim DOWN from the top of a building, not massage them off; we "talk" an angry man with a gun down into lowering it, we don't pat him on the back.

That is exactly where hypnosis comes in to help with stress.

Hypnosis is DESIGNED to assist people to ENTER INTO AN ALTERED STATE of meditation - that is the first purpose of hypnosis, and its speciality.

Often people get confused by the "instructions" or the content of hypnosis - the post hypnotic suggestions for change that take all the attention, but it is the fact that hypnosis brings people into the restful meditative state where they even become RECEPTIVE to suggestions, ideas, visions and new thoughts is where the power of hypnosis to heal the mind actually lies.

From Hypnosis To Meditation - Breaking The Stress Loop

"Going into trance" is something that we learn and we are taught when a hypnotist talks to us, and talks us down from the stress of the thoughts that fly here, there and everywhere, into a relaxed state of clarity, and peace, where your body is at ease and mind healing can finally begin.

THE MORE HYPNOSIS YOU DO, THE BETTER YOU GET AT RELAXING.

It is a learned skill that gets ever better with practice.

So my recommendation to combat stress, and to learn how to relax and EVENTUALLY to be able to meditate successfully, which then leads to being able to control one's own stress levels in the real world and to be able to relax and de-stress even in the middle of a stressful situation, is to DO HYPNOSIS - and LOTS OF IT.

Rather than to hopelessly try and "find inner peace" so necessary for mind healing without guidance, do hypnosis inductions. This is as easy as sitting down in a chair, putting on the headphones and letting the hypnotist do their job.

Hypnosis CDs, mp3s and tapes are readily and freely available; there are MANY free downloads and trial downloads available.

Try many, and if you find a hypnotist that YOU GET ON WITH, someone you find relaxing to listen to and who can make you feel safe, relaxed and you can feel your stress begin to drain away as they speak with you, you have struck "Anti-Stress Gold".

Now you have a tool to help you break out of the stress loop.

Use this hypnotist to de-stress you regularly and as often as you possibly can.

You will find after a few repetitions that you LEARN TO LEARN TO RELAX and HOW YOU DO THAT.

Now, you are ready to start meditating on your own.

Anti-Stress Meditation In The Moment

When you are out and about in your daily environment and you notice your stress levels rising, remember your hypnotist and what they said, just for a moment. Find out if you can feel your stress beginning to flow away. Even if your stress abates just a little bit, you can know that you are now on your way - you have started to learn to control your states of being, your states of mind.

This is the beginning of a new stress free life.

Life will ALWAYS be stressful.

We need to learn to be able to notice when we're stressed, and to step

back from that into the clarity of altered states.

That is what hypnosis teaches you, teaches you easily, and just for the listening, no willpower required at all.

When you have learned the basics of relaxation, THEN and only THEN are you ready to begin to meditate on your own, or to use meditation devices that require these basic skills of knowing how to shift state in the first place.

Hypnosis, Stress & Meditation - In Conclusion

Using hypnosis for stress relief doesn't mean that you should only look at hypnosis programs designed for stress alone. Remember that what you want to learn is the skill of altering your states of being, so that you can also then meditate and get all the health benefits from that; but more importantly even still, so that you can de-stress yourself in REAL LIFE.

You can choose ANY good hypnotist, and ANY good hypnosis program that excites you, in a double benefit, because it is not the CONTENT, but the hypnosis skills themselves you need to learn to put an end to being in stress states all the time.

You can choose intelligence enhancing hypnosis programs; mind healing programs; performance programs, health programs - the CONTENT is irrelevant and just the icing on the cake.

Hypnosis is a WONDERFUL and incredibly USEFUL tool for dealing with the human mind, for healing the mind, and for getting our thoughts and

conscious mind under control.

Explore. Find a GOOD hypnotist who can teach you the life saving skill of going into trance, and you get control not just of your stress, but of your entire WORLD.

Fight Cancer With These 10 Foods

More than a third of all #cancers could be prevented by changes in diet and exercise. One of the most important things you can do to reduce your risk is lose excess weight - and one of the best ways to lose weight is through a filling, fiber rich diet including plenty of fruits and vegetables.

These foods are packed with antioxidants and other compounds that protect your DNA and fight free radical damage. Since these substances work synergistic-ally, it's best to eat a variety of fruits and vegetables rather than relying on one particular produce item to serve as a magic bullet against disease. That said, recent studies have uncovered specific benefits in the following foods that would recommend making them a part of any healthy diet

1. Tomatoes:

#Lycopene, also found in watermelon and pink grapefruit, has been linked to lower risk of #prostate, #ovarian and #cervical cancer. It also targets the free radical that is implicated in lung and digestive cancers

7 Reasons Why You Should Be Using Coconut Oil

coconut oil benfits and why you should be using it1.jpeg

1. Coconut oil doesn't turn to fat in your body.

Unlike many other common oils, like soy (vegetable) and corn, #coconut oil won't make you fat.

Coconut oil contains medium-chain triglycerides (MCT), which are an easy fuel for the body to burn, without turning to fat. Most other cooking oils and fats contain long-chain triglycerides (LCT). LCT's are usually stored as fat. Since coconut oil is a MCT, it is more easily absorbed and converted to energy quicker.

People in the tropics have relied on coconuts as a traditional staple in their diet for centuries. They consume large amounts of coconut oil every day. Instead of getting fatter, it helps them stay #healthy, #lean and trim. When they switch from coconut oil to our modern oils, they develop obesity and the health problems that our modern society faces.

"Some other people who have known this truth for a long time are people who are in the animal feed business. When livestock are fed vegetable oils, they put on weight and produce more fatty meat. When they are fed coconut oil, they become very lean"

2. Coconut oil increases your metabolism.

Not only does coconut oil convert to energy quicker in your body, it increases your #metabolism, which promotes #weight loss.

Because it boosts your metabolism, it helps your body burn fat more effectively. Coconut oil may triple your calorie burn.

Since coconut oil is a MCT, it is converted to energy so quickly that it creates a lot of heat.

In a study published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, MCT's burn three times more calories for six hours after a meal than LCT's.

The February 15, 2005 issue of Woman's World magazine stated that coconut oil is the "underground high-metabolism secret." This is great news for people who have thyroid problems, since coconut oil improves sluggish thyroids by stimulating the production of extra thyroid hormones.

Most other common oils, like vegetable (soy) and corn have been shown to inhibit thyroid function.

3. Coconut oil has omega 3 fatty acids.

Most cooking oils contain omega 6 fatty acids, something we get way too much of

Our omega 6 to omega 3 ratio should be 1:1 but it is more like 50:1. We need to drastically cut back our omega 6 oils and consume much more omega 3 oils to be healthy. And coconut oil is lled with these healthy omega 3 fatty acids..

4. Coconut oil gives you energy.

Because of the healthy omega 3 fatty acids and the fact that it increases the metabolism, most people that switch to coconut oil feel a burst of added energy in their daily life.

This is because coconut oil is nature’s richest source of medium-chain triglycerides (MCT's), which increase metabolic rates and lead to weight loss.

MCT's promote thermogenesis, which increases the body's metabolism, producing energy. Many people with #chronic fatigue syndrome and #fibromyalgia have found that adding coconut and coconut oil to their diet was helpful to them.

5. One of the best things you can use on your skin and hair is coconut oil.

Coconut oil is one of the best things you can apply directly on your skin and hair.

It gives temporary relief to skin problems like rashes.

It aids in healing and restoring #skin to a #younger appearance.

It has also been known to help with people who suffer from #yeast infections in the skin, as well as many other skin problems.

Not only does it soften and smooth your skin, coconut oil has #antioxidant properties that protect the skin from free radical damage.

Coconut oil makes excellent #massage oil too.

6. Coconut oil has healthy benefits that most other oils do not.

Evidence is mounting that coconut oil has #anti-fungal, #antibacterial and #antiviral effects when both consumed and used topically on the skin.

Most oils oxidize and turn rancid very quickly causing free radical damage in our bodies.

Coconut oil is not easily oxidized and does not cause harmful free radical damage like polyunsaturated vegetable oils.

Free radical damage is thought to be responsible for many ailments in our body from arthritis to increased susceptibility to cancers. Coconut oil also helps our bodies absorb other nutrients more effectively, such as Vitamin E.

7. Coconut oil is one of the best oils you can use for #cooking.

It has a higher smoke point than olive oil, which means it can take higher temperatures better.

There are several healthy omega 3 oils we can choose to consume, such as ax and olive oil, but they don't do well under the high heat we use for cooking.

Coconut oil can be used in higher cooking temperatures. It is harder for coconut oil to go rancid, unlike other cooking oils, which are usually rancid long before you even bring them home. Rancid oils cause free radical damage in the body, which is a leading cause of #cancer. Coconut oil is stable for over a year at room temperature.

benefits that coconut oil has given the people of the tropics for centuries.

But now it has been rediscovered! Coconut oil is so effective, it won't be long before we see coconut oil supplements promoted, but you can get the jump on the popular crowd and start consuming and cooking with coconut oil today!

The Best Way to live the life of your dreams is to start living the life of your dreams today .. in every little way you possibly can

Mike Dooley - Featured in The Secret

One of the most important things to address before you begin any mind, body or soul wellness transformation program is your mind set..

You may well be interested in something but there is a whole world of difference between being interested and being committed.

So how do you get prepared to be committed to that wellness programme ?? Or that weight loss challenge or to your spiritual growth ??

Please take some quiet time to take this pre - consultation with yourself, to really look at your past and your present wellness / weight / spiritual path etc

Ask yourself these empowering questions

  1. Is what I’m currently doing working for me ?? Or against me ?

  2. If I continue my present lifestyle where will I be in 1 year / 2 years / 5 years

  3. Am I living my life to my full potential ?

  4. Am I totally happy with my life right now ?

  5. If I don’t make the necessary changes in my life starting today where will my life end up ?

  6. Am I ready for these changes ? To prove to myself that I can take control of my life and my future ?

  7. Do I understand that during my lifestyle change journey there will be times when I feel frustrated, have growing pains etc .. and that i must use persistence to push through these barriers

  8. Do I feel that I am worthwhile making these changes for myself and my future or could that be part of the problem ??

Feel free to share your answers .. if there are questions that you don’t feel comfortable answering or you can’t or don’t take the time to answer them even if you want to make changes

Then maybe ask yourself WHY … WHY aren’t I taking this time to look at myself and my circumstances ?? When probably if someone else asked me to help them go through the questionnaire I’d be happy to do so ??

This could be for numerous reasons, maybe subconsciously, deep down inside your frightened to make the changes , or maybe you don’t think you’re worth the effort, whatever the reason these issues can be overcome .. our brains are quite elastic and they just need to be reprogrammed … after all the bad habit you have now is only learnt behaviour … whether you wanted to learn it or not somewhere along the line you did: whether consciously or subconsciously and the good news is because you learnt the behaviour you no longer want ,.. guess what ! .. you can unlearn it

No matter whether you want to lose weigh , get into an exercise regime, eat more healthily, look after your mental, emotional or spiritual health … you can do it !! and do you know what you deserve to … in fact I’d even go as far to say you owe it to yourself to make these changes and become the best version of you that you can be

That doesn’t mean I want you to start feeling guilty or bad about what you may or may not be doing after-all, I mentioned its only learnt behaviour and I’m pretty sure that for some of you you didn’t want or mean to learn some of the habits you may have picked up

So forget all that and start from today do 1 thing that your future self will thank you for
